Our activities as an Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) Contractor and a System Integrator are by way of the Ministry of Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) Class G7 Certificate which enables us to carry out projects of any size without any limit or restrictions within the Malaysian local sector. We are also recognized by the Ministry of Finance to be financially able to support governmental infrastructure projects. With these registrations at hand, we are well positioned to tender for and undertake substantial contract work from the government / statutory bodies as well as the private sectors.

TopRank has been recognized as a qualified licensed contractor in Malaysia since 1995 being registered with government statutory / organizations which includes Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class 1, Malaysian Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) Class G7.
